Eligibility & User Responsibilities

Property Listings & Content
All property information is provided by third parties. While we verify data, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
SQUAREFOOT is not responsible for:
- Misrepresented property conditions or details
- Changes made to listings after publication
- Transactions between buyers and sellers
- Agent-client relationships or agreements
- Any false information provided by users
Listings must not contain:
- Discriminatory language
- False or misleading information
- Duplicate postings for the same property
Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content (logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software) is owned by SQUAREFOOT and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our branding or trademarks without written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform components
- Create derivative works based on our platform
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it.
Payments & Refunds
Premium services may require payment of fees as described on our pricing page.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.
We may change our fee structure with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to fees you paid for services in the past 12 months.
Termination & Suspension

Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services immediately ceases

- Any outstanding payments remain due
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of our services.
General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SQUAREFOOT regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
